Managing screen

The managing screen can be reached by clicking the Manage & Process tab in the tab bar at the top. It lists all recordings and reconstructions in the configured workspaces, allowing to view, rename, reconstruct, and delete them.

The large table in this screen shows the recordings on the left, and the reconstructions created from them in the rightmost table column. In the example screenshot above, the first two rows have one reconstruction each, the third row does not have a reconstruction, and the last row has four reconstructions.

Reconstructions which do not have any associated recording, such as snapshots for which the raw images were not saved, have the left side of their row grayed out. This is the case for the second row in the screenshot above.

Clicking a recording or reconstruction in the table selects it. Double-clicking a recording or reconstruction opens it. Grayed out parts of rows cannot be clicked.

The side bar on the right shows information about the selected recording or reconstruction and allows to open it, delete it, and in case of a recording, to reconstruct it.

The controls on the top allow for sorting and filtering the list.

The sections below describe each part of the screen’s user interface in detail.

Sorting and filtering

The leftmost widget in the top bar allows to sort the recordings. The following options are available:

  • Timestamp, newest first

  • Timestamp, oldest first

  • Name, alphabetical

  • Name, reverse alphabetical

  • Size, largest first

  • Size, smallest first

  • Length, longest first

  • Length, shortest first

The Show workspace(s) drop-down defines whether all, or only a single selected workspace are displayed.

The Filter by type drop-down defines which types of recordings to display: all, only snapshots, or only videos.

The Filter by name input allows to filter by recording name.

The Filter by date/time input allows to filter by recording date/time.

The Clear filters button on the right resets all filters in order to show all items.
